The other two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests each. One bedroom includes two bunk beds, and the other includes a double bed and a bunk bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 12 guests in total. The home also includes 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Designed to meet high standards of comfort and style, this lovely villa also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Beach towels are provided, but we recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent, as both are useful in Costa Rica’s tropical climate.

Private Transportation Service
Private transportation is available from Juan Santamaría International Airport to Playa Hermosa for $150 one way, for up to 10 people. Payment is made in cash directly to the driver.

Beach Club Access
Please note that under the new Hermosa Palms policies, renters no longer have access to the beach club. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Free Beach Access
Guests have free access to the beach.

House Capacity
The house accommodates up to 12 guests. If you bring an extra person, they must bring their own towels and sleeping arrangements. The extra fee only covers use of the house, pool, water, electricity, and other property services.

Beach Chairs
There are two foldable beach chairs in the laundry room. You are welcome to use them, but please return them after use.

Pest Control
We maintain a regular pest control program. As a result, you may occasionally notice a dead insect after treatments have been carried out.
