Stunning views of the river Tavy and a great walking area. There is a slipway able for your own kayaks. There are pool and tennis courts available at the owners discretion. Country pubs nearby. Please note the flat is adjoining the main house.

We are only 5-10 minutes from Derriford Hospital and 2 minutes away from a very good village store. We are 5 mins from the edge of Dartmoor.
