This lovely home is filled with natural light. Perfect for a romantic couple’s retreat or for the entire family. Enjoy the sunrise from the front deck and sunset over the water from the rear deck. Enjoy access to the small private beach nearby. Perfect for soaking up the spectacular views across the water of downtown Newburyport. This beach is also very kid friendly with gentle waves and shallow water which gently slopes out.
