First of all :This rental place is located in a basement of a duplex, there’s a family with children who lives permanently on top of this place, so it’s possible to hear some kids playing, crying etc during the day specially weekends.but not during the night,

Second: the house entry door is located in the back of the house,

in case you're coming to Montreal specifically,it's almost 45 minutes away without traffic.

I already provided pictures with instructions and details step by step of how to get in , you will receive it three days prior to your arrival date or the same day,
