We have a nice one bedroom apartment on the main floor of our house. Located right in the downtown area, just blocks away from main street, banks and the harbour front. One block from the Lake of the Woods Brewing Company, the Post Office and the mall (No Frills). Two blocks from the Cinema, many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Not 10 minutes to the lovely Kenora Harbour Front & the Whitecap Pavilion. Take in all the events and simply walk home.

Our place is a full private apartment with separate living room, kitchen and bedroom. A full bath with lots of cupboard space. Its the main floor of a house located right near downtown Kenora. Both the apartment upstairs and the basement are also available for rent.

I spent 18 years living and travelling many places around the world. Enjoyed the hospitality of many people from all cultures. Eventually I came back to Canada and moved to Kenora to fight forest fires over the summer and then travel the winter months. I also enjoy flying, sailing and swimming. Kenora is lovely for that.
As I'm often away, either for work or to travel, I have also made my place available for other travellers either for a stop-over as they travel across our lovely country or who want to enjoy the beautiful features of our city. One of my best friends Richard and Fran help co-host my places as I am sometimes not around. They also are well travelled and know Canada well. They love people and will welcome you with warm smiles. They are here to take care of whatever you need... always happy to meet new people and our returning guests.

My work schedule doesn't allow much socialising but Richard and his wife Frances who assist me in managing are usually around to answer any questions and to help with your stay. Probably do a lot better than I would. :-)
