1) The sunshine  is strong in the afternoon. Please pull down the curtain so as to lower the room temperature! Please DO NOT  try to adjust the air conditioner temperature is very low, it will cause the air conditioner does not work well! The cost of labor and repairing of AC  during the accommodation of the tenant may  be charged by the tenant!

2) Please DOT NOT  open any windows in whole house.

3) Please take all bedsheets to laundry room when your check-out!

4) Please bring whole garbage !
Reminding:  Wednesday is the garbage collect day!  they only accept  three bags of garbage whatever the bay's size! Please get  small bags into big bag , and  put trash in Kings farm street, then put the flag up, thank you! 

5) If you book hot tub service ( extra cost required) this water from deep underground water, the color looks a little bit yellow, but very safe, but also contains a lot of rich minerals, every g
est is to change the water, we have not put more chemicals to make the water look beautiful, there is nothing good for your skin! 

6) Because we are using deep well water, kitchen and shower room use hot water is  smell  is normal and safe, please do not worry about!


7) Please return the cushion of the patio furniture back to the storage tank in the evening, so that the morning dew will wet and it may affect using for next day!

8) Please help to waters whole flowers ( front and back yard)

9 ) Please don't forget your personal belongings when your leaving!
