Nice beatiful studio 28sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center .with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla a must for all tourists. 2-3 min with the bus. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine in the basement. Close to the NTNU universety.

The studio has a newly renovated bedroom with window and double bed 1.40cm wide. New pictures are coming.

Just nearby you will also find musuems and nice walking trials.
