A newly-built house completely furnished and equipped for modern living located in the first row next to the sea.
The house itself is divided into 4 apartments while there is also a great restaurant within the house.
There is unlimited free parking right in front of the house.
The bus stop with the transport connections to the city of Šibenik and the national parks is located within a few minute walking distance. The city itself and the national park of Krka are all 15 minutes by bus.

You don't need to go far to eat something-the restaurant is in the same house. You don't need to drive to the beach-it's about 300 m away from the apartment. If you need public transport, the bus station is 100 m away. Mini market, cafe, childrens's playground-everything ranges from 50 to 300 m.
