Perched on the hill with great views of the Indian Ocean, this traditional 1970s beach bach epitomises good old-fashioned holiday living – sun, sand, sea and surf!

Enjoy simple pleasures – morning coffee on the deck as you watch the ocean & whales; walk to Australia’s best beach (2018) for a swim; while away the days that turn into a stunning sunset.

All the conveniences are here, the home is welcoming & comfortable. It's basic, but has everything you might need, even bathrobes!

The new deck is just stunning and makes this home! Be the first to use it after a long time off airBNB :)

The home is set up for multiple guests with plenty of quality cutlery and glassware (a must do is to retire daily to the deck and watch the sun go down).

Sleeps 6 comfortably in the three bedrooms, or utilise the queen size inflatable bed, or the hammock!

BBQ (with gas), air conditioned, washing machine, board games,
Kayak, tv, hot water from the solar HWS with gas boost for extra guests.
As well as all those little things like a telescope to zoom in on the whales as you watch them from the kitchen sink, lounge or deck.
There is plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the home.

We have wonderful neighbours, so say "hi".
There is so much to do and see around Horrocks - the list is endless. Otherwise, simply staying in and enjoying fish and chips from the local General Store is a good option.

A must see is the Studio in Northampton - amazing local talent show and sell their stunning work.

Hi, this is our home, and we just love it. We love to entertain, so the home is set up easily for family bbqs, games nights, etc.

We are passionate about the Mid West, and love to share our patch of the world; you will find a guidebook on our listing of our favourite things to do while in Horrocks.

My husband is from the area, and we intend moving to Horrocks permanently - hence why the house is set up for everything we may need when we visit for a few days. This is a bonus for anyone staying.

We are pet friendly, as our fur child means the world to us, and a staycation is not the same without our furry friends. Depending on your pet, we may ask for a pet bond.
