Northwewst contemporary designed guest house. Lots of sunlight and great views of the Straights, Mountains and an abundance of sea life, eagles, deer, fox, and other wildlife. Private tennis court with basketball hoops. Private cove to launch your kayak or just some great tide pooling.
Note; Owners home is on the property. The cottage sets back approximately a football field away from the main house, affording it’s own privacy. Owners are normally always on property.

Being out on the Westside of San Juan Island affords lots of quite privacy. The local resident Orca Whales ply the waters off the Westside with wonderful views from Windance Property. If you’re fortunate enough to be here from late spring to early fall you will no doubt experience these majestic creatures.
We also get to experience some of the best sunrise and sunset viewing on the island.

Married 38 years to my beautiful and wonderful wife Jane. We have had the great fortune to have lived on this gorgeous piece of property for the past 31 years (lived in Dutch Harbor, Alaska for 16 years prior). We love our Golden Retreiver "Tass", I'm a private pilot and love flying my Cessna 206, we both enjoy long bike rides, hiking, kayaking and traveling the world. I’m also a certified Beekeeper. Jane’s a retired elementary teacher and now teaches Yoga and strength training at our local health club and goes for a 3 mile run every morning, (she’s hard to keep up with).
We love nothing more than sharing our beautiful property and operating a vacation rental business Jane and I have had the wonderful fortune of meeting and making good friends with thousands of wonderful people from all around the world .
