The house is like new, occupied only since the fall of 2015. On 250 m² of ground, it has been recently furnished and offers a contemporary decor, air conditioning in all rooms and large picture windows in all rooms and living room, bathed in light and equipped with all modern comforts. It offers a double bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and two bedrooms with either a double bed or 2 single beds.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The second bathroom is also spacious and has a bath with shower, toilet and basin. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The brand new modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kitchen appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, iron and ironing board, etc.
The spacious living room with dining area is fully equipped with new furniture. There is a large selection of DVDs, books and games available during your stay.
Air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, dining room for 6 persons, TV 48 inches LED Smart, international channels in French, English, Dutch, German and others, WIFI, washing machine, everything is thought to offer you a stay unforgettable in a house for 2 to 6 people (baby cots are available on request).
The terrace of the living room and the garden terrace offer a large dining table for 6 people, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Terrace and garden are equipped with patio furniture, deck chairs and awnings to enjoy the region's excellent climate with more than 320 days of sunshine a year.
