Located in a quiet neighborhood, half a mile from the marsh views of the Copahee sound, 10 miles from Isle of Palms, and 15 miles from historic downtown Charleston, this space is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers alike.

Guests can enjoy a private room and bathroom on a separate floor of the house. The room is equipped with a queen sized bed, fridge, microwave, WiFi, TV, Roku, and a small desk.

The private guest bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor of the house, along with my home office. The TV in the guest room has an antenna for local channels as well as free access to streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime TV. Forget something? Never fear! We provide items such as extra chargers, snacks, water, and toiletries in the guest area for your convenience.

The Copahee Sound and Gadsdenville public boat landing is about a half mile from the house. Enjoy a nice walk down to enjoy the beautiful marsh views, or bring your kayak, paddle board, or small boat to put in the water and explore more of the marsh yourself!

The home itself is located on a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac in a small and tight-knit neighborhood. The neighborhood is conveniently located less than a mile off of Highway 17, which is the main thoroughfare that runs through Downtown Charleston and its adjacent suburbs. Also less than a mile away is the Copahee Sound and Gadsdenville Boat Landing, where you can take in some incredible views of the marsh.

Originally hailing from the mountains of Tennessee, in 2008 I found myself settled in my dream city - Charleston, SC. I began my Charleston career in the food and beverage industry and still bartend for a catering company on weekends from time to time. For full-time employment I work as an Operational Support Engineer at a Charleston-based software company.

As an engineer, from an engineering family, the ‘fix it/build it yourself’ attitude was instilled in me at a young age. Moreover, as a home-owner, there is never a shortage of projects, so I spend much of my spare time working on home and furniture renovation projects – typically while listening to music, another of my great loves. I also enjoy spending time with friends or curling up with the cats on the couch.

I fell in love with Charleston the first time I came to visit, and hope everyone enjoys being here as much as I do!
