This is a Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit perfect for guests traveling to see the wonders of LA and all the fun activities and sights it has to offer! Walking distance to Universal Studios and Universal CityWalk, this Unit is perfect for family and friends! The Unit is conveniently located across one of LA's most accessible highways for your trips beyond Hollywood (such as Disneyland, Six Flags, Malibu) and nestled just down the street from tree-lined family friendly neighborhoods.

Full chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, solid wood bed furniture, full-size bathtub, in-unit washer and dryer, safe parking available on street with permit. We provide one (1) complimentary parking permit.
Smart tv available for use, no cable available. Smart tv works with your own login accounts.
There is 2 queen sized beds (one in each room) and the 3rd bed is a pull out sofa in the living room.
Please be aware that unit contains 1 full bathroom.

Full access to entire home.
Access to both bedrooms and a bathroom. You can use all the cooking pans, glasses, all the necessities as well.
No access to buildings parking lot. Please no going inside to unload the car. Parking permit will be provided for street parking. Very convenient street parking.

Host(s) will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Please feel free to reach out before and during your stay. We take pride in open communication and in addressing any questions or concerns immediately and clearly so that you may fully enjoy your stay. We respectfully ask that calls and messages be limited between the hours of 10am and 10pm daily.

Neighborhood has great access to the 101 freeway, making travel all around Los Angeles very easy and accessible. Keep in mind, this a big and busy city. The surrounding area has quaint bars and restaurants and is mere blocks away from Universal Studios and the tons of restaurants, bars and the nightlife of Universal CityWalk!

Because our city is lively and fun, please remember and be aware that the neighborhood has some degree of city noise and sound throughout the evening and late night; this sound is easily tolerable but should be noted for light sleepers.

Conversely, the surrounding neighborhood makes for a beautiful morning walk in the residential neighborhood.

The highway is a great resource to use for your own vehicle or Uber, or there are many bus stops all along the surrounding blocks close to the residence.

House Rules:
Please note and be aware, you are staying in a residence. Your host(s) will attempt to be as accommodating as possible but please be alert that we do NOT provide hotel or concierge services. You are staying independently in a residence.
We do not provide delivery services, we do not provide daily maid services. We do not provide beauty amenities such as wash clothes, makeup remover, or or specific materials. Please bring what is absolutely essential for you. We will not take calls after 10pm so as to devote time to our families. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Parking is on the street. Permit parking on street. 1 Permit will be provided by Host for on-street parking in front of the Building. No parking or unloading the car is permitted in the closed lot of the building. Please let me know if advance how many vehicles you will have.

THERE IS A $200 CHARGE FOR MISSING OR DEFACED PERMITS AT THE END OF YOUR CHECK OUT. please please please be sure to return the permit after your stay.

We love it when you have a good time--but please respect your neighbors and municipal rules--no loud music or obnoxious noises before 8am or after 11pm.

Should you encounter a medical/fire emergency please dial 911.

Please treat this home as if it were your own, respect the objects and people inside and outside the residence.

Please remove all shoes, heels and outdoor wear so as to protect the hardwood floors that are in your Unit.

If the Unit is left in complete disarray or squalor, an extra cleaning fee will be charged so as to compensate our hardworking cleaning staff.

Video Inventory is taken at the beginning and at the end of each and every stay. Any broken, damaged or missing items or furniture will be charged to guests at market value.
