Beautiful new modern home located on a quiet cul de sac in between the Grand River, and the Trans Canada trail. This home is 2 blocks from the dam and within walking distance from downtown Paris (10 minutes). Enjoy biking trails, hiking, kayaking, or sight seeing in one of Ontarios most quaint, and heartwarming towns. Indulge in some great food and drink in some awesome restaurants with views of the Grand River. This home is good for couples, wedding guests, adventurers, or business travellers.

A very comfortable home with a lively and warm atmosphere. Watch the sunset every night from the cozy balcony or enjoy a glass of wine. My house is just a minute walk away from the grand river and seconds away from beautiful trails.

Guests will have there own private bedroom with a cozy queen size bed and private bathroom. I do live in this home so I will be around at night time after work and on weekends. Kitchen and utensils are fully available for you to use. I just might be cooking in the same area as you some nights!
