Gulf View Penthouse is a top-floor unit within a multi-unit building. The kitchenette includes a microwave, griddle, and refrigerator/freezer but does not include an oven or range. This unit includes one guaranteed parking space. Your reservation includes access to the Calini Beach Club community pool. Complimentary beach towels, a beach wagon, and a cooler are also provided. Exterior security cameras are present. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement. The agreement is available to review in our house rules.
