Great family space. Upstairs entertainment room with sea and mountain views from two balconies with table tennis table & slate-top pool table. One single bed upstairs and a day bed downstairs in the dining area, that can serve as sleeping beds for kids. One en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed, a second bedroom with queen size bed and a third bedroom with twins. Large second bathroom with shower and bath. Outside hot and cold shower. Sheltered barbecue area downstairs and another barbecue area upstairs with great views. Inside fireplace for those cold winter nights. Great open living area and dining space leading into a large open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook. Awesome location - short walk from the beach.

Dog friendly BUT bring your own dog blankets and sleeping cushions. Please do NOT use the guest blankets for your dogs!

What to bring: Perishables such as your food & beverages, toiletries, wood, charcoal, blitz, beach towels and other beach gear, mountain bikes etc.

The house has all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, casserole dishes, coffee plunger, potjie etc that you should need.

We will try ensure there are some teabags, coffee, sugar etc... for use on arrival, however these can all be purchased along with fresh milk, meat and vegetables at the shops in Elands Bay town, or alternatively at the Spar in Lamberts Bay.

We do not mind if you need to move day beds or tables around, but please return these to their original positions. Mary cannot move the furniture around on her own.
