Thoroughly charming, clean and quiet, this inviting property offers 800 sf of living space which includes a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, king bed, 2 couches (one folds out into a full-size bed), bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a private porch to take in the views. The space is an entire studio apartment in the basement of the main house.

•Kitchen is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, table + 4 chairs, 2-burner induction stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and much more.
•Bedroom area has a fabulously comfortable Tempurpedic king bed with luxury cotton linens, down comforter & pillows.
•Family room has 2 cozy leather couches (one folds out into a full-size bed that sleeps 2 well-acquainted adults), free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, games and coloring books.
•Generous size bathroom with plenty of cabinet space, large mirror, full sized shower and cozy heater.

Light breakfast provided: instant oatmeal with toasted nuts and dried berries, coffee and tea.

Venture out to the covered patio and sip your morning coffee, or crack open a bottle of wine or a cold beer, relax and listen to the peace and quiet. This beautiful space is yours to enjoy.
