•Booked guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
•The yard is always to be kept clear of garbage and debris.
•No smoking, bad language or drugs on the premises.
•Smoking, alcohol allowed outside the property with proper disposal.
•Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done. Guests will be given as much advance warning as possible when repairs are scheduled.
•Bin day is on each Tuesday, please take bins out on Monday night and bring bins back on Tuesday after bins has been cleared.

- All reservation early check-in or late check-out requests are accepted but NOT guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day. Without the host’s direct written confirmation of check-in/out times; your reservation will follow normal check-in/out times.
- Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
- Additional fees may incur to secure early check-in/ late check-out.
- Alternatively, you may book an additional day ahead of your arrival to guarantee early check-in.
