This spot is hard to beat for convenience—located near I-84, it's 15 minutes from the airport, and less than fifteen minutes to nearly anywhere else in the city.

It also makes exploring the east side on foot or by bike a joy, offering easy access to Grant Park, Hollywood, Laurelhurst, and Buckman neighborhoods.

And if the weather isn't cooperating, the fireplace and cozy interior won't let you down.

You are welcome to use them, however keep in mind that the wood floors will be badly damaged by dropped weights.

There is an inflatable queen mattress in the closet of the office that can be used to accommodate two more people.
