The living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring plush seating and expansive sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. From here, take in panoramic views stretching from the emerald Gulf waters to the peaceful lake beyond—an exceptional backdrop for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen showcases sleek finishes, modern appliances, and generous prep space, flowing seamlessly into the dining area for effortless meals together.

Each bedroom provides its own inviting retreat. Two spacious king suites offer restful privacy, while the bunk room—with two sets of bunk beds—is perfect for kids or extra guests. With three full bathrooms and an additional half bath, the layout is ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Enjoy even more pool time during the off-season! Sanctuary by the Sea’s main pool is now heated annually from October 15 through April 15.

Whether your days are spent relaxing on the sugar-white sand, enjoying the balcony views, or exploring the nearby coastal dune lake, this condominium delivers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and location for a memorable beachfront getaway.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.
