This lovely condo is perfect for beachgoers, families, amateur or avid fishermen alike! Located walking distance to the beach, close to both the Packery Channel Jetties and the legendary Bob Hall Pier. Swimming pool, hot tub, and courtyard area are available. The fishing dock is newly built and a perfect location to watch the sunset. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people with a futon downstairs, queen bed upstairs. We are also one of the few pet-friendly condos in the area; bring the whole family!

This is a loft with high ceilings and a staircase. There is a full bath downstairs, half bath upstairs. There is not a sound barrier between the bedroom upstairs and the living room downstairs.

There are several quality restaurants, beaches and fishing spots nearby. We love walking down the street to The Boathouse bar and restaurant or checking out the live entertainment at Mickel Mays. Bob Hall Pier and The Packery Channel are great places to try your hand at fishing and only a short drive away from the condo.
