The home receives regular professional pest-control service. As this is Florida, bugs may occasionally enter through open doors or windows and a completely bug-free stay cannot be guaranteed.

This waterfront home is on a canal just off the main river. Water color, depth, and levels can change with tides, weather, seasonal conditions, and river flow, which may affect swimming, paddling, and other water activities. Leaves, wildlife, and insects are a natural part of the waterfront setting, and outdoor conditions may look different from photos depending on the season and weather.
