This farmhouse villa is situated on the edge of the village of Corfino and has spectacular views and a 12 x 5 m pool with sun loungers, a large garden and BBQ/outdoor kitchen. A small cottage house, a few yards away can also be rented if required, exclusively with the villa, increasing the capacity to 9 people.

Relax round the pool with a fantastic view of the Apuane Mountains, on the terrace below the house. Walk to any of the three restaurants, village shops and cafes.

The house has a covered outdoor loggia with table tennis. This villa is a fantastic place, particularly for children, with a large garden to explore and horses and goats within the grounds around the house. The village is quiet and relatively traffic free with interesting medieval streets and alleys, shops, cafes and restaurants.

The house has two double bedrooms, one of which has an extra bed, and a single bedroom that can be made into a twin if required. The single room has a door that leads to the outside courtyard. There is a small lounge with an open fire, a kitchen / dining area, and 2 bathrooms. There is free wi-fi throughout.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with table and loungers. There is an outdoor kitchen area with wood fired pizza oven, BBQ and sink with additional dining area in the garden. .

The owner, Natalina will often give you produce from the farm.

The farm villa lies just below the centre of the interesting village of Corfino, only 300 metres away. Corfino's summer climate is particularly appealing, the hot Tuscan summer benefiting from the fresh, mountain air.

The village is on the edge of the National Park of the Oricciella, with its well marked out paths and nature trails.

The village is on the edge of the National Park of the Oricciella, with its well marked out paths and nature trails.

Lucca, approximately 50 minutes drive away, is a pretty big tourist attraction, and rightfully so. It’s a complete, walled medieval city, with the walls intact all the way around. People walk or bike on top of them and wander the streets within them. From any high point in town, you can look out to the north and see towering, rocky peaks. On a clear day, you can see more to the east.

The area of Garfagnana is a wide, lush valley, filled with villages and rivers and wild places.
