Our Backyard Oasis remodel is complete, featuring a new stunning 14' x 40' saltwater pool with customizable lighting, an oversized 7' x 10' spa with jets, turf landscaping, and a stylish pergola for added shade. Inside, the home is whimsically themed with National Park art of the American West, displayed across both floors.
Whether you're enjoying the outdoor amenities or settling in for a cozy night, this home offers a clean, relaxing environment with a distinct Western vibe. Southern Utah is a great time to visit during the winter and spring months.
The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, flowing into a large living room with jumbo couches and a dining area that seats 10. European-style accordion doors open out to the pool. You'll also find two master ensuites with king beds and TVs, office desks and chairs for a workcation, and a 14-foot shuffleboard table.
The crown jewel of the property is the pool which is controlled by a tablet in the home. You can set the temperature for the spa, and control the pool lights and spa jets. There is also a kiddo-friendly shallow area in the pool. The backyard also boasts tables & furniture for outdoor dining, a fire pit, a covered gas BBQ, and several chaise sun lounges.
The second-floor features another living room with a huge sectional couch, a ping-pong table, a balcony overlooking the pool, a Queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms. The small bunk room has 3 Full beds, with the larger bunkroom containing 2 queen beds, a single full bed, and 2 twin beds. 11 total beds and could sleep up to 20 if needed. All 5 bedrooms in the home have their own bathroom with oversized showers, and most have their own Smart TVs.
Guest access:
Guests have access to both garages with parking inside for 3 vehicles, and a wide driveway that fits additional parking for up to 6 more vehicles. Additionally, the overflow parking area for your boat and off-road vehicles is located conveniently just across from the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire home and pool.
Pool Heating:
Does not apply to the hot tub/spa which is free and included with every stay. If you just want to use the hot tub/spa, no pool heating fees apply.
Season: October – April (weather dependent)
Cost: $75/night, capped at $225 max per stay — covers up to 3 nights, heating continues at no extra charge beyond that for longer stays.
Requesting Pool Heating — 3 Easy Steps:
1. Message us at least 3 days before check-in to request pool heating.
2. We'll let you know the cost and send a payment request.
3. Once paid, pool heating begins.
-Pool Temp: Heated to 86°F — a warm, comfortable swim. On cold winter days, the air temp (not the water) can make it feel cooler than expected getting in or out. That's normal — the heater's working as intended.
-Please note: We monitor pool temperature remotely. Heating turned on without prior payment will result in the $75/night fee charged for each day used. Additionally, raising the pool temperature above 86°F — whether or not pool heating has been paid for — will result in an additional $75/day penalty fee.
We have done our best to try and include all items you may need for your stay including pool towels, extra pillows and blankets, complete kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and appliances so you can prepare all your meals at home and don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. The home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We also have a Pack 'n Play with sheets provided.
This home is located in Elim Valley which is just minutes from Sand Hollow State Park where you can enjoy boating, playing on the beach, fishing, and off-roading at the dunes. The Elim Valley community has several amenities for its guests, including two pools, a hot tub, a splash pad, and pickleball courts.
Sand Hallow Property Management is on site, found in the coffee/ice cream shop - less than a 5 minute walk. They are a text or phone call away and are quick to respond.

The entire house is yours when you book, including your own private heated pool and spa.
Two garage door openers are provided during your stay — each opens both garage bays.
Street parking is allowed, and additional parking is available directly behind the house, off the driveway — closer and more convenient. Trucks with trailers are required to use this overflow parking rather than park on the street.
A couple of closets/supply areas are reserved for owner use and secured — no need to worry about them, just part of the home.
