Nice quiet area with good neighbors and plenty of nice roads to jog or bike on. There is a marina at the corner and a public boat launch about a mile away. Down town Parkersburg is within walking distance via the Belpre Bridge and offers several coffee shops as well as a new micro brewery on Markert Street. Historic Blennerhassett Island can be seen from Blennerhassett Avenue just a block away and seasonal boat tours are offered from the point across the river in Parkersburg. This area is improving all the time and the neighbors are great so don’t be surprised if everyone waves and smiles like they know you.

Hello I'm Byron I'm retired from the United States Air Force and spent 20 years as a Field Service Engineer. I love traveling, meeting people and spending time outdoors. I have 5 children and 7 grandchildren scattered all over the US which gives me another reason to travel. My first Air B&B experience was a luxury beach front condo in Pattaya Thailand for 40 USD per night.
