This property is a strict no parting property. Any excessive noise, rubbish or any damage will be result in either eviction and/or additional charges.

Check-In Guide
A detailed guide with instructions and images will be sent 24 hours before your stay to ensure a smooth check-in. Please review this guide in advance, as we are unable to provide refunds for issues related to check-in misunderstandings or missed instructions.

Starter Supplies
For your convenience, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as body wash, toilet paper, coffee, tea and bath towels, to get you started. These are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Mid-stay services are available upon request but are not included in the booking fee.

Same-Day Bookings
Bookings made on the day of check-in are subject to availability. If a guest has checked out on the same day, we may not be able to guarantee a 3 pm check-in due to required housekeeping. Guests who booked in advance are prioritised. No refunds will be provided for delayed check-ins resulting from same-day booking limitations.

Early Check-In
Standard check-in time is 3 pm. If you require earlier access, we recommend booking the night before to secure availability. If an early check-in request is approved, it will be confirmed only on the day of arrival and remains subject to cleaning schedules. Refunds cannot be issued for early check-in requests that cannot be accommodated.

Late Check-Out
Standard check-out is at 10 am. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and must be confirmed after 8 pm the night before departure. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time without confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
