The house is fully featured with smart home automation. I rent out only the basement room where the entire basement is furnished. You will have the freedom to access the entire basement with a total area of 1262 sq ft. The basement has a dryer and laundry machine with the bathroom as well. If you come here for a business trip, this may be a perfect place for you to iron your shirts and get ready for your daily meetings.

During the summer, the basement can be damp so I have the dehumidifiers turned on in order to assure the comfort of stay in the basement.

In the winter, the furnace is powered by a water heating system in which the pipe contracts and expands that generate subtle ticking sound from the boiler that can be noisy to a light sleeper.

I have a pet at home. She is a non-barking dog (Search Shiba Inu if you want to know more about that dog) and very friendly to guests. Our dog has only access on the first floor. The rental is an entire basement and she will not have access to it.
