This stylish retreat blends modern comfort with family-friendly design, within walking distance to Sea Point’s cafés, restaurants, promenade, and beaches. With 4 bedrooms, it’s ideal for families or two couples. Enjoy bright open-plan living with seamless flow to a shaded dining patio, garden, and plunge pool – perfect for Cape Town’s sunny days.

Our newly renovated home is designed for modern comfort and easy living:

4 Bedrooms: Main en suite upstairs, second en suite downstairs, plus two kids’ rooms sharing a large family bathroom.

Bathrooms: 2 en suite, 1 shared, plus a guest toilet.

Living Areas: Bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge flowing seamlessly to the garden; separate kids’/TV lounge; and a dedicated workspace upstairs.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor flow with a shaded dining patio, BBQ, small garden, and plunge pool – perfect for Cape Town’s sunny days.

Parking: Secure carport with space for 2 cars.

Pets: We will consider 1 house trained dog, but not allowed on beds or furniture. Pre approval only, please pet rate.

Our lovely, trustworthy cleaning lady Rebecca will service the house on Tuesdays and Fridays, included in the rate. If you require her more days please arrange with her directly, at your own cost.

Whether you’re here for a family holiday or on a getaway with friends, this home is designed for both relaxation and connection.
