Welcome to Buena Vista 105, a 2BR/2BA gulf view condo located in a beachfront building on West Beach in Gulf Shores. Just steps from the sand, this first-floor unit offers the perfect balance of beach access, convenience, and a quieter low-rise setting.

One of the standout features is the newly renovated primary bathroom, now featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with updated plumbing, fixtures, toilet, and tiled flooring — even the shower ceiling is tiled for a clean, spa-like feel.

Step outside onto your oversized private balcony and enjoy fresh Gulf breezes along with a limited view of the water. It’s the ideal place for morning coffee or unwinding after a full beach day.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 8):

-Primary Bedroom: King bed + renovated en-suite bathroom
-Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk (best suited for children) + twin bed
-Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware for preparing meals at home (note: no ice maker). The in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and convenient.

Elevator:
The elevator is scheduled to be out of service for the first three weeks of November while the planned work is being completed.
Water Pump:
Just a quick update on the water pump, it is scheduled to be replaced within the next few weeks. If all goes well it should only take about 4-5 hours to install.**

Things to Know:

-Renter must be at least 25 years old & staying in the property for the entire stay
-Rental agreement and photo ID required
-Monthly rentals available November 1 – March 1 (1st to 1st only; no prorated stays)
