Welcome to 611 Magnolia - Stella Maris, a charming 3BR/2BA cottage nestled in the quiet Wyndham community on Edisto Island. Overlooking a serene pond and the local golf course, this cozy retreat offers the perfect setup for families and small groups looking to relax and unwind.

• Loft (Upstairs - Spiral Staircase Access): 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds

Home Highlights & Amenities:
• Living & Dining: Open-plan living area with comfortable seating, dining table, and Smart TV with Sling TV.
• Sunrooms & Porch: Two main-floor bedrooms open up to attached sunrooms, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading while enjoying pond views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, flatware, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
• Outdoor Features: Covered porch and patio with scenic views, plus a hot & cold outdoor shower at the home—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
• Conveniences: High-speed Wi-Fi, full-size washer/dryer, starter amenity kit provided.

Wyndham Resort Amenities Access:
Guests staying at 611 Magnolia have the option to purchase amenity passes directly through Wyndham Ocean Ridge.
• What's Included: Access to resort swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, playground, and mini-golf.
• Golf Course: The Plantation Course at Edisto is open to the public; tee times and green fees are booked separately through the golf pro shop.
• How to Purchase: Passes can be purchased in person at the Wyndham Recreation Center upon arrival.

Note: This is a strictly non-pet and non-smoking property.

Resort Amenities:
Resort pools, tennis, and fitness facilities are managed by Wyndham Ocean Ridge and require an amenity pass, which can be purchased directly at the Wyndham Recreation Center upon arrival.

The Best Rentals Home Policies:
- To ensure our guests and our homes meet the guidelines of the area and the homeowners, we enforce the following rules:
- No parties- Parties or gatherings above the listed occupancy of the home are not allowed.
- No smoking- Our homes are all non-smoking. Smoking inside any property is strictly prohibited. This includes vaping and all other forms of inhaling substances.
- Property Damage- Any damage caused by a guest or by putting decorations on the wall is the responsibility of the guest.
- Quiet hours- The Town of Edisto is a residential community and quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm-8:00am.
- Non-Pet Home- This is strictly a non-pet home. Bringing an undeclared pet will result in immediate termination of occupancy without a refund.
- Guest Requirements- Please list the information for ALL guests at the property. All guests must be at least 25 years of age at the time the stay begins or accompanied by an approved parent or guardian. IDs may be requested.

Cancellations & Payments:
- You have 48 hours from booking to cancel this reservation with no penalty.
- All reservations must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, you are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. Trip changes within 60 days qualify as a cancellation.

Hurricane Policy: If a mandatory evacuation of the island is ordered by a Governmental Agency, refunds, minus the 7% cancellation fee, will be prorated based on the nights of your stay covered by the order. Only nights specifically covered by the mandatory evacuation are eligible for a refund. If a hurricane occurs prior to arrival and accommodations cannot be provided, refunds will be issued to the reservation holder.

Damage Waiver & Insurance:
All reservations include an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 of unintentional damage reported prior to departure. Optional travel insurance is available through Red Sky Travel Insurance.

Linens & Amenities:
We provide bed and bath linens (1 sheet set per bed, 1 towel set per guest capacity, and 1 dishcloth). We provide a starter kit including a kitchen trash bag, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and bath soap. You may need to purchase additional supplies at the local Food Lion on Jungle Rd depending on length of stay. A washer/dryer is in the home with a starter supply of pods.

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-In: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM via convenient Wi-Fi lock. Expedited cleaning may be requested for an additional fee.
- Check-Out: Standard checkout is 10:00 AM. Late checkouts may be requested the day prior. Guests are requested to start the dishwasher, empty food/trash, and lock doors and windows. No need to wash or strip linens. Please leave key fobs/passes inside the unit.

Grilling & Parking:
- Grilling: Propane or charcoal grills must be used safely and in accordance with local guidelines.
- Parking: Parking on Edisto Beach is permitted in designated areas or where curbs are not painted yellow. Public beach access parking is also available.

Access & Surroundings:
Property management or vendors may require access during your stay with at least 24 hours notice (except emergency situations). Monthly pest control is required by property owners and cannot be rescheduled. Edisto Island is a natural environment subject to typical coastal sounds, weather, and occasional area maintenance or construction.

Guest Support & After-Hours Emergency Contact:
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While main office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, we have a dedicated after-hours team available for urgent issues (lockout, plumbing/water leaks, HVAC failure, active noise/safety concerns). If an urgent issue arises, message us through the app or call our main line for After-Hours Emergency Support. Non-urgent requests will be addressed the following morning.
