This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors.

Guests will have access to the home during their stay, with the exception of the 4th bedroom and the garage, which are not available for guest use.

We have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located in the following areas:

* Front Door: A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance and driveway.
* Garage Area: An exterior camera monitors the garage entrance and driveway.
* Backyard: Two exterior cameras located at the corners of the backyard monitor the backyard perimeter and pool area.

There are no cameras inside the home, and the exterior cameras are used solely for security, guest safety, occupancy verification, and compliance with house rules.

Pool Information and Safety

The private pool is available exclusively for registered guests. Please note that the pool is not heated; however, Florida’s warm weather makes it enjoyable throughout much of the year.

There is no child-safety fence surrounding the pool. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the backyard or near the pool.

House Rules Before Booking Approval

Please review the following requirements before submitting your reservation request:

Minimum Age: The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

Guest Information: When submitting your booking request, please provide your age. This information is required for us to review and approve your request promptly.

Identification: After your reservation is approved, the booking guest must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.

No Parties or Events Without Approval: Parties, events, and gatherings require the host’s prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings and unregistered guests are not permitted.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

No Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited on the property.

Failure to follow these rules may result in reservation cancellation, additional fees, or charges for damages, in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
