long-term or short-term rental. This Chinatown home offers a perfect
place to rest and revive after a day of exploring one of the most
historically-rich pockets of the neighborhood. With generous living
spaces and entertainment areas, be sure to pack that cookbook you’ve
never opened: we see cozy gatherings in your future. When you are
looking for it, step outside into one of San Francisco's most
historically-rich neighbourhoods and find yourself on a charming,
multi-cultural street with all the bars and restaurants you need to
feel at home.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours.
This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a
traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels,
linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these
items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended
