Fortuna Apartment is situated in a small tourist place Ruskamen. House is situated above the main road, in a very quiet neighborhood. In front the house is a pool with deck chairs, which is available to guests. The house is accessible by vehicle. Garage for guest vehicles is located below the house. Center is distanced 50 meters from the house, while café and restaurant are distanced 20 meters.

Fortuna Apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons. It consists of bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed and single bed, mini kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a terrace with an outdoor furniture. Kitchen is equipped with a stove top, kettle, fridge, freezer. Glasses, cups, dishes, pans, pots, kitchen cloths and other kitchen utensils for preparing all kinds of food and drinks are also included.

About 120 meters below the house are beautiful pebble beaches, with a natural shade of pine trees. Beaches are made of small pebbles and they are completely safe for the kids. Small local road leads to the beach. First sandy beach is in city of Omis 6 kilometers from the house.

Lokva Rogoznica is a small village located 10-kilometers from the town of Omiš following the main road to Makarska. The local population engages in cattle breeding, fishery, agriculture and vinegrowing. Lokva Rogoznica is situated at the foot of the mountain and provides the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. Above the main road is an old village made up of antique stone houses which has become a favorite picnic destination. Along the coast there are beautiful sand and pebble beaches with a clear sea and partly protected with pine trees under which you can enjoy the shade.

Lokva Rogoznica is one of the real pearls of the Omiš Riviera. There are three longer beaches on the Lokva Rogoznica section of the Adriatic: Artina, Vojskovo and Rape. Besides these there is a host of smaller, intimate, appealing beaches for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. All the beaches are gravel, which is typical for Dalmatia. The largest, most built up and most equipped beach is Artina. Guests can enjoy food and drinks at its restaurant and bar, can rent jetski and swim safely with a beach guard on service. Besides visiting the sights of the surrounding region the old village of Lokva on the hillside is also worth visiting. Lokva has old Dalmatian-style houses and two churches right in the village: St. Cosma (Sv. Kuzma, 16th c.) and the Assumption of Mary (Uznesenje Blažene Djevice Marije).
