The 'olde cow-stall' studio-room is a custom-designed ensuite room, with a bed 6'x6' 6", table, chairs, sofa, electric radiator (partial underfloor-heating in winter), built n closet. The kitchenette/entryway has a small fridge, Senseo coffee maker, 2-ring induction hob, small kitchen-sink, & washing machine.
Situated in the country, near beaches, pretty walks, and gateway to the ‘Wild Atlantic Way'. Town 1.7 miles, (or 2 1/2 miles the scenic route). Your own transport is advisable.

Modern bathroom/wetroom area.
Guests’ kitchenette (suitable for simple food preparation only). No oven.
There is a Wifi booster, for the most part ok, though I cannot guarantee quality of wifi.
Eco-friendly. Guests, please be aware of the garbage you produce, reduce, and take responsibility for it by using the recycle bins correctly ... before putting items in yellow recycle bin please rinse clean (e.g cans, glass, plastic, food tins, etc).
Green bin for composting, and
Red bin for non-compostible/non-recycleable waste.

My home is on the gateway to the 'Wild Atlantic Way' and its picturesque coastline. The studio-room is set in peaceful countryside, surrounded by nature, walks and beaches - a tranquil place to recharge and a good base to take-off from for sightseeing. It is located 3 kms from Kinsale town centre where you will find:
- museums, historic old buildings, restaurants, cafes, shops, and outdoor activities.
- 1/2 hr drive from Cork airport.
- 1/2 km from the beach at Castlepark.
- 1 1/2 kms from Sandycove beach.
- 10 kms from the breathtaking scenery at The Old Head of Kinsale and its golf course; a little further on you will find Garrylucas beach (popular for swimming, and kite-surfing); and Garretstown beach popular with surfers.
