Well, if you do, then open your eyes, because your paradise is located in this 1,200 square foot waterfront condo at Grand Bay. It sleeps four, with one queen bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.

Begin every day on the patio, while savoring the view of the seemingly endless bay in front of you. Luckily, this is your constant backdrop both inside the unit and around the community, so you'll never need to look far to remember that you're in paradise. At the end of every day, this view will evolve to feature a hint of orange from the setting sun.

In the living room, the myriad of windows allows for the sunlight to perfectly enhance the pure white interior. Beach-inspired fabrics, paintings, and décor are reminiscent of the tropical comforts that surround you. To top it off, the living area opens up to the patio, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.

The bright kitchen comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the wooden table or patio.

Once you’re ready to drift away, the bedrooms come with ample closet and drawer space for your comfort. The master bedroom, in particular, features a television, en suite bathroom, and balcony access, so you can fall asleep to the tropical breezes.

We want you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, so the unit comes with amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

Grand Bay is filled with deluxe amenities. Walking paths along the water taking you to the heated pool. After a refreshing swim, luxuriate in the hot tub and savor the view of the bay in front of you. Those who have a passion for the outdoors will love the outdoor tennis and shuffleboard courts, as well as the plenty of fishing areas along the bay. There’s no better way to cap off a day of sun and fun than cooking up a waterfront barbeque on the outdoor grills.

Grand Bay is located on the north side of Marco Island, near historic Olde Marco. Wander through the brick courtyards of Royal Palm Drive, where small tin-roofed shops bring the island’s colorful history to life then stop for a meal and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn.

The nearby Esplanade and Marco Town Center Mall are filled with specialty boutiques, fine dining options, and weekly concerts.
