Welcome to the Garden Luxury Apartment, an apartment renovated in 2024, with private covered parking next to the apartment and a large yard with a garden. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just 1.5 kilometers away from the center of Heraklion with easy access to the national road for those who want to explore the island more. Thanks to our central location in Heraklion, you will have easy access to all the attractions. Anything you might need is only a few meters away.

The space
Welcome to the Garden Luxury Apartment, a spacious and welcoming apartment located on the ground floor and access to all areas is step-free and suitable for people with mobility problems. It is 67 sq.m. so it can offer a comfortable stay for up to 5 people. It offers an abundance of modern amenities.
It consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed 1.60mx2m, extra large wardrobe, blackout roller and window overlooking the peaceful courtyard with garden. A cot can also be conveniently added to accommodate a baby.
The living room has two beds 0.9mx2m with anatomical mattresses and a sofa bed 1.10mx1.92m. The beds easily convert into sofas and create a stylish sitting area, a 37-inch TV with internet access and a work area with a desk with a fast internet connection up to 50Mbps.
The kitchen is fully equipped and carefully designed to provide sufficient counter space for a group of 5, ensuring they can enjoy their meals together with ease and comfort.
The bathroom has a shower with a cabin, a washing machine and a large marble counter for your personal belongings.
Step out into the private garden courtyard where you can relax in the warm sunshine on the dining table and seating area and lovely hanging swing.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need to feel at home, making it the ideal choice for a carefree and relaxing holiday in a prime location.
