Villa Il Momento is located on the top of a hill overlooking the region of Todi. This newly built villa was designed to incorporate traditional architecture like the stone exposed outside and wooden beams with modern design such as floor to ceiling windows to create a light and airy feel.
You can enjoy the stunning views of the rolling hills and share magical moments of sunrise and sunset by the heated pool (12x6m).

Villa Il Momento is located on the top of a hill overlooking the region of Todi. This newly built villa was designed to incorporate traditional architecture like the stone exposed outside and wooden beams with modern design such as floor to ceiling windows to create a light and airy feel.
The carefully selected materials complement each other and form a harmonious union between the old and the new to establish this exceptional villa.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people – it has 4 independent apartments fully equipped with modern kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms.

Each apartment was planned to offer the absolute comfort to its guests – including floor heating and air conditioning, bidets and private balconies/terraces.
The standout feature of this wonderful villa is ‘The Greenhouse’ – a large communal area for families or groups of friends to enjoy shared moments together. The Greenhouse has large sliding doors on both sides and thus offers fantastic panoramic views over the surrounding hills, olive groves and vineyards. Thanks to the sliding doors you will feel like you’re both inside and outside at the same time.
It allows you to also enjoy the cooler autumnal evenings. ‘The Greenhouse’ with its beautiful wooden dining table and cozy armchairs is the perfect place for sharing a meal with your loved ones. The fireplace provides a cozy feel during the winter months and your comfort is ensured by the air conditioning on hot summer evenings. You can also enjoy the wine fridge.
