Spanning 7,500 square feet across three levels, the architecture celebrates openness. High ceilings with exposed timber beams frame the interiors.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors dissolve the line between indoors and the verdant landscape beyond. Wherever you stand in this home, the garden, the water, and the sky are present.

The entire ground floor is a single, generously proportioned living-cum-dining room. Multiple seating areas move fluidly into each other, lit with warm, ambient light that shifts beautifully through the day. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens directly from this space, making the ground floor the natural heart of the home — equally suited to morning coffee and midnight conversation.

Bedrooms
Four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a rain shower and sitting bench — designed for genuine restoration.

Lower Ground — Bedrooms 1 & 2
Both well-appointed bedrooms have direct access to the private pool and the garden, creating a seamless connection between rest and recreation. Step out at sunrise; the pool and the gardens are immediately yours. A lounge nestled between the two bedrooms provides a quiet retreat distinct from the social ground floor.

First Floor — Bedrooms 3 & 4
Bedroom 3, the Master, features a walk-in closet. Both rooms share the quiet, elevated character of the first floor, anchored by a dedicated lounge that forms a calm counterpart to the ground floor's openness and a shared terrace that frames the pool and the garden below.

Villa 87's dining is designed for both the pleasures of morning and the unhurried rhythm of evening.

Complimentary breakfast is freshly prepared each morning and tailored to your preferences. A private chef is available on call for meals. The living-dining room on the ground floor provides the natural backdrop: a beautiful, ambient-lit space where the distinction between eating and gathering dissolves naturally.

Outdoors
The private pool is the centrepiece of Villa 87's outdoor life — framed by a beautifully manicured garden, stylish sunbeds, and the relaxed elegance that characterises the home.

Multiple terraces across all three levels extend the living space outward. The first-floor terraces frame views of the pool and the North Goa landscape; the lower ground opens directly to the water. The sit-out at the entrance provides another layer of outdoor calm.

Villa 87 is professionally managed by ZenAway Stays, with dedicated onsite caretakers and a guest experience team available throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping, complimentary breakfast, on-ground support and the Beyond the Home concierge service are all included in the stay.

We welcome families, couples, mixed groups, and ladies-only groups but are unable to accommodate gentlemen-only groups at Villa 87. The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older.

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all registered guests ahead of check-in.

A refundable security deposit of INR 40,000 is collected in cash at the time of check-in and returned within 24 hours of check-out, subject to no damage to the property.

Villa 87 is located in a quiet residential enclave. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and no loud outdoor music is permitted at any time. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (balconies, sit-outs, and poolside); the villa is not pet-friendly.
