- Enclosed garden with lawn, patio area with furniture and cottage-style planting

- Off road parking is available for 1 car on the gravel parking area behind the wooden gates – it is possible to close the wooden gates behind the car to keep the garden enclosed. Further roadside parking (subject to availability)

- Beach 800m, pub and shop within 200m

- Regret strictly no BBQ's permitted within the grounds due to the proximity of thatched properties
