Warm and Cozy newly renovated bedroom in a family home. Grab the bus on the corner to downtown Flushing and try the best dumplings in all New York. Jump on the 7 train to Time Square. Don't spend all your money on a hotel.

This room is 10x12 and located on the second floor of a two family home. My bedroom is above yours on the third floor. It has a new semi firm ikea full size mattress that sleeps two average sized people (double or full size bed). There is a television with a Chrome Cast in your room with On Demand programming available. The bathroom and kitchen are shared spaces.

Come visit the biggest China town in all New York!! 12 min walk from the 7 train and downtown Flushing, or, just catch the bus on the corner. Excellent Dim Sum, Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. I can help you find your way around NY. Come stay with me and my family. :)

No pets, no babies/toddlers, no additional guests, no drugs and no smoking inside the room please. We prefer guests who keep their voices down after 9 pm. I have a cat, so not a good match for those of you with bad allergies. I will supply you with bath towels, hair towels, wash rags, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, slippers, and an umbrella. you bring the rest. :)

Me? I'm just a happy housewife with 2 kids and 1 cat. I enjoy playing with my two kids, dancing in the kitchen, volunteering at school, and interacting with my guests. Let me make you feel welcomed.

Guests have access to Wifi, shared kitchen, and shared bathroom. During warmer months, guests can relax in the front yard or backyard. We have toiletries and guest towels, as well as house slippers for our guests to use.

Please note, this is not a hostel, it is not a motel, or a hotel, it is my home. Please be conscious that anything you break, I have to pay for. All the extra towels you use, I have to get laundered, lastly if you decide to cook very strong food, the odor will linger in my house for days or longer. Any mess you make, I have to clean by myself. Please be considerate to me and my family.

Flushing Queens is a very safe and ethnically diverse neighborhood. The food here is authentic, delicious, and inexpensive. The subway is 9 blocks away and it takes about 12 minutes to get there. There is a bus that stops at the corner of my home that should get you there in 5 minutes or less. If you take the subway, the bus ride is free. Walking is great too! Grab some steamed pork buns to take with you on your commute!

We are a fully vaccinated family of four. We work from home so we are always around to help if needed. Flushing Queens is a foodies paradise. Come and discovery Asian pastries, bubble tea, Korean BBQ, best vegetarian restaurants around, beautiful parks, interesting shopping, and hand made noodles. Come to Flushing and visit the Unisphere from the Worlds Fair. There's more to New York than just Manhattan you know.
