Close to town, the river and green spaces it's perfect for a large family or couples.
Backing onto a park it's quiet and private.
Newly renovated the bathrooms and kitchen are modern and stylish
We do have a kitty and we are sure you will love looking after her during your stay!

Indoor Fireplace - NOTE - This is the main source of heating. You need to be comfortable lighting a fire. There is a heat transfer above to take heat to other end of the house.

This our family home not a permanent Air BnB so we do ask you treat it with respect.
We also like to leave our kitty at home when we go away - she loves company - hopefully you will too!!!
Her name is Indy :)

As mentioned the primary heat source is a Large Log Burner. There is a huge amount of wood available but you need to be comfortable lighting a fire and using a Log Burner.
For chilly mornings there is a Heat Pump in the Lounge that warms the main living area before you get the fire going.
Also a wall heater in the hallway.

All bedrooms have their own heaters too.

We do request no Ski / Snowboard gear or equipment is brought into the House. The garage is a drying room that is heated.
