- There are two houses on premises 914 which is the property that is guest rented and 924 which periodically and rare is used by the owner and family . They would not be using the pool and they would be staying on there side
-Any damages incurred while the watercraft is left in the water overnight are the tenant’s responsibility. If the watercraft is lost or stolen, the guest will be responsible for replacing or paying for its replacement.
It is important to note that watercraft are not covered under Damage Protection Services.
