Una ruta entre los viñedos más hermosos de esta región vinícola!. Visitaremos dos bodegas familiares de la región escondidas entre viñedos donde conoceréis a los viticultores. Te explicarán el proceso de elaboración del vino y el cava y degustaremos algunos vinos y/o cavas Premium con snack en cada una de ellas. Os explicaré todos los secretos, curiosidades y peculiaridades de la región. Después de todo, descansaremos entre viñedos y árboles viejos.... un picnic para disfrutar de los productos locales y, por supuesto, probar otros vinos/cavas de la región. La comida consistirá en: Ensaladas según temporada, tortilla de patatas, empanada de pollo, galletitas dulces Vino/cava/agua. Comunícanos si tienes intolerancias y/o alergias alimentarias, te adaptaremos el menú. En invierno del almuerzo será dentro de una bodega o en el bar de mi garaje. También disponemos de mantitas individuales. La comida será siempre al final del tour. En caso de lluvia intensa la ruta se hará con un coche moderno en lugar del coche antiguo descapotable.

After, we hike up to the top, from where we enjoy the stunning views from the Natural Park of Montserrat and the rest of Catalonia from a bird´s eye view. Mediterranean Sea, main valley of the country and the Pyrenees further away, drawing the border with France. During the hike we will walk on the same paths used by pilgrims hundreds of years ago, we will get inspired by Montserrat’s fascinating flora and fauna and we will experience unique ways where rocky pillars and ravines show us how inner mysterious water emerge from the hidden and undiscovered very center of the massif. Back down in the Monastery area, we have some free time where you can browse amongst regional products in the local farmer’s market before we head back to Barcelona. We'll meet near the city center where I will introduce you this amazing town. First of all let's discover the "indianos" houses we have around menawhile we walk to downtown. Most of these houses are built into the Modernist Style so I will explain about the architecture and the story of each house. At the end of this Indiano's promenade, we will reach the Sitges center, where one of the most representative houses take place. Thereupon we are going to reach the old town where we will found all the historical buildings as the Church, the ancient Castle, the Cau Ferrat museum and the Maricel Palace. Let's explain its individually history. Be ready to pass through one of the most ancient street of this town where a beautiful secret hides in it. This bike-wine tour is a fantastic chance for wine and cava lovers to discover a small winery that has been in the same family for 9 generations, visit the cellar, taste the handmade products and enhance your education on the vine-to-bottle process. We will start the day by picking you up at your accommodation and driving up to the Penedes region. A 17 Km ride mostly downhill or on the flat will take us to discover, hidden tracks and bike routes that only locals use and know about—surrounded by lovely scenery of vineyards and wineries. The last part of the ride will take us to Caves Romagosa Torné where we will be tasting 3 different types of cavas, and a bit of wine. To finish, we drive you back to your accommodation in Sitges. If you are coming from BARCELONA, get the train in Sants Station and I will pick you up at Sitges Train Station, then you will have the rest of the day to explore Sitges and its beautiful beaches. Conoceremos la historia de esta zona del Baix Penedès, ( El Montmell) pasearemos por los viñedos y el proyecto enoturístico, antiguas masías y la bodega y elaboración de vino ecológico, visitaremos un espectacular y exclusivo rebaño de 19 alpacas , su adaptación , costumbres y esa forma de ser que las caracteriza y hace tan singulares, podremos conocer la calidad de su fibra, darles de comer... y acabaremos en la bodega con una cata de diferentes vinos de variedades autóctonas y ecológicas, maridadas con productos de la zona. Otros aspectos destacables Venir con calzado deportivo o de montaña, protección solar, pueden hacer fotos. La finca dispone de agua, baño y zonas de descanso. We will go to climb single routes in Montserrat, the sacred mountain. one of the most incredible areas to climb in Catalonia. For the unique geological formation in the whole world and its good panoramic views of the whole mountain range. The rock is conglomerate type and with different types of holes. Once we are at the bottom of the wall, we will warm up and review the climbing technique. We will check that all of us have a good team. I have all the climbing equipment approved and in good condition (harness, ropes, carabiners and safety devices) We will perform the activity safely and at the same time fun, in one of the best places for the practice of sport climbing in Catalonia. The crag orientation is south and north so we will have Sun and shadow all day. If you have doubts while you are climbing I will help you so that you can progress without problems because I know all the routes. We will be climbing 4 hours and you will be able to do 5 minimum routes with different heights, from 15 meters to 30 meters. (It's single routes) Other things to note I'm a qualified mountain guide about climbing. I am a member of the Spanish association of mountain guides, internationally recognized. I am a professional and responsable guide.

Experiencia silvestre de conexión con la naturaleza, ecoturismo . -Te recogeré en la estación de tren de Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, a siete minutos en coche de donde vivo y comenzaremos la ruta. El tiempo en bus o tren desde Barcelona es de 45 minutos y 30 minutos de Sitges. -Empezaremos una caminada tranquila durante aproximadamente dos horas por caminos de viñedos y colinas en la parte más rural del municipio de Subirats, situado en la famosa y bonita región vitivinícola del Penedès. -La ruta será circular, con unas vistas espectaculares del Penedès y la montaña mágica de Montserrat. Mientras caminamos, os explicaré algunas curiosidades y usos de las plantas medicinales y comestibles que nos encontremos, así como lugares de interés histórico de mi aldea, donde he nacido:) -Seguiremos el camino hasta llegar a mi casa rural, donde en el jardín de la casa degustaremos unas tapas regionales y elaboraremos juntos otras tapas con plantas y flores comestibles, acompañado de té de hierbas de mi jardín y quien quiera puede probar mi licor de hierbas típico catalán ,conocido como Ratafia. -Al finalizar os llevaré de vuelta a la estación o si queréis está la opción de pasar la tarde y visitar lugares cercanos turíscos como Sitges o Vilafranca del Penedès, transporte a parte. Esta última opción tiene un suplemento a aparte, y hay que avisar antes de venir para ver si es posible.

To me, cooking a Paella for friends and family is the best way to feel the authentic spanish spirit sharing good moments.Using the freshest ingredients and my special recipe, you are ensured a great experience. First of all we start our cooking class making the yummiest paella and some many others Typical Spanish products as manchego cheese,Iberic chorizo ,bread with tomato… You will be offered with glasses of homemade sangria. After it you will learn step by step how to cook your first paella following my family recipe. You will have the chance to participate in the cooking process. Expresso coffee /tea & liquours are included as well. You will try some of the best Spanish wines: Riojas,Ribera del Duero or Verdejo and Albariño (white one).
