We will start with a short intro during which we’ll get to know each other a little and review your routine and yoga experience. I'll tell you about my approach to yoga, and how it helps in everyday life. We'll move on to balancing energies breathing techniques to balance your both brain hemispheres to clear your mind and gather your thoughts. Then follows yoga flow, which will include Shavasana—a guided meditation combined with visualization.

After yoga, we'll have some time for questions. You can ask me whatever you’d like, from what should you practice more often, which movements or mantras should be implemented in your daily life. I'll also share my lifestyle, training regimen, nutrition, and daily life hacks, as well as how you can apply these strategies to your own life. We can also talk about an Olympian mindset, from goal-setting to pursuing your dreams. Whatever you want to know, I’m here to help.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Games. I've learned yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin, Buddhist monks, and image medicine master Xu Mingtan at Shaolin temple, and I've been practicing it for over 15 years.

I've been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years through my athlete's career. I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

From these approaches, I know how to sync with the body and the power around and within us. I've learned how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and help incorporate these lessons into your life.

I've booked this twice for corporate groups and both times Pauls did an exceptional job. Our attendees had a great time and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Pauls was super helpful coordinating in advance, and looked into some Zoom captioning abilities when I asked about it. He was also helpful in adding some last-minute extra folks to the reservation. Pauls' mindful yoga experience is fantastic! Pauls started us off with a round of intros and let us each share what we were hoping to gain from the session, and then it seems like he adapted it from there. We did a series of relaxing and centering exercises and concluded with a calming meditation. We set this up as a corporate teambuilding experience and everyone really loved it. Highly recommend!
