Do a night out in San Sebastian like a local, led by me, a local man passionate about sharing our culinary culture. You will discover a unique sensory and culinary experience when you enter the door of a Basque's Secret Gastronomic Society in Old Town (members only private club) and taste our local cheese that come from a 500 years old Basque cider house. If we find more members at the kitchen during our visit to my Gastronomic Club, you can interact with them while they are cooking some local dishes. We dive straight into the culinary heart of the city for a night of eating and drinking unlike any you’ve ever experienced. From fresh prawns to line-caught baby squid to perfectly charred steak, the pintxo hunt changes nightly but always features a range of traditional spots and chic, avant-garde bars. Come thirsty, too, as we’ll be pairing each pintxo with the perfect pour, from cider to local whites and reds. We’ll start by enjoying “txakoli”(local white wine) at the oldest wine cellar in Old Town where you will know the secret of Txakoli wine, before heading into hidden side-streets towards 4 of the city’s most loved pintxo bars + foodie temples. I will teach you how to ‘throw cider’ into your glasses, how to choose the best pintxos, all the while indulging in some of the best pintxos and Basque finest wines. ¡Vive la Experiencia del Txotx, degusta la sidra natural vasca y viaja a nuestros orígenes! ¿Te gustaría disfrutar de la sidrería pero no sabes cómo llegar a ella? En este tour de 4 horas te proponemos la solución. Te recogemos en San Sebastián para que puedas disfrutar de la mano de nuestra guía los secretos de esta bebida milenaria muy ligada al territorio vasco, su cultura y su gastronomía. Visitarás los manzanales, los caseríos lagares, las zonas de elaboración, las bodegas y cómo no, degustarás sidra natural de la casa como lo hacemos los vascos: en botella y mediante en ritual del "Txotx". ¡Txoootx! es la llamada a degustar sidra natural directamente de las cubas mientras disfrutas del menú tradicional de sidrería. Mediante el ritual del "txotx" vas a degustar sidra de diferentes cubas, en las bodegas de nuestras sidrerías, acompañado de un menú tradicional de sidrería. Dispondréis de tiempo libre para degustar el sabroso menú de sidrería.

Primera rva MÍNIMO 2 Personas por favor. Disfrutaremos de una caminata fácil de 9km saboreando cada momento. Caminaremos 90 minutos seguidos como mucho, y sólo una subida de 15 minutos. Fácil y muy muy bonito. Habiendo nacido en esta villa tengo muchas cosas que enseñarte. (contacte por mensaje para acordar la fecha) *8:50 Salimos en tren desde Donostia-San Sebastian hasta Zarautz (sólo dura 30 minutos). *9,20 Caminaremos por la playa y respirar aire puro *Visitaremos el mercado rural donde degustaremos producto local como sidra, queso y dulce de manzana *Después pasearemos por la parte antigua con sus monumentos y leyendas y subiremos por la calzada romana que es parte del Camino de Santiago, parando en el Torreón de 1913 para disfrutar de vistas únicas y respirar aire puro. *Visitaremos una bodega de Txakoli familiar, que cuida con mimo sus viñas para obtener unos buenos txakolis de calidad *Continuaremos hasta el pueblo medieval de Getaria conocido por el txakoli y el pescado a la parrilla, maravilloso! Conoceremos su historia y anécdotas. *14,45: Una vez terminada la excursión puedes elegir entre volver a Donostia-San Sebastián en bus público o quedarte en Getaria (recomendado). -I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. Cook like a local !! Other things to note The class I offer is dynamic. You, traveller, will cook your own Pintxos with my help. The most important thing is to arrive hungry for cooking, learning, enjoying and getting your hands dirty!!

We will start the tour visiting the historical market of the city, we will walk through its picturesque streets where we can experience the Basque gastronomic culture. We will reach the heart of the old part of San Sebastian, its former bullring, its 16th century churches and convents, then we will walk through its oldest street and see the oldest house in town. We will walk down the harbour, we will stop in a couple of spots where you can have panoramic views of the city, ideal to take a nice photo, and we will take you to the best places where you can see a beautiful sunset and finish the Tour with an excellent view of the city and the sea.

Vive una experiencia personalizada e única navegando por la costa vasco-fracesa, y también disfrutando de la bahía de la famosa playa de la Concha en Donostia-SanSebastián. Vive los fuegos artificiales de la Semana Grande de verano. Conoce los increíbles paisajes y pueblos al rededor de esta ciudad, como por ejemplo lugares tan pintorescos y conocidos Zumaia (donde se grabaron varias secuencias de la serie Juego de Tronos) Pasajes, Orio, Getaria... Así como también parte de la costa Francesa, pueblos como Hendaya y San Juan de luz. Disfruta de la historia sobre la gastronomía de la zona, y también sobre la historia de esta maravillosa ciudad. También puedes solicitar el servicio de pesca, podrán disfrutar de una enseñanza de esta actividad, con un profesional en la materia. Disfruta conociendo los diferentes pescados de la zona.

We are going to eat pintxos where the locals eat pintxos! We will explore the neighborhood where the locals normally go out for pintxos and drinks. Normally every Pintxo Bar has its specialty, a “must”, and I personally selected the specialties of four Pintxo Bars. We will have four pintxos and four drinks each. We will enjoy and appreciate the best of the Basque Country and its unique gastronomy in a few bites. Every bar we are going to has been awarded a prize for that particular pintxo that we will try, so quality is guaranteed!

Pintxos are not only something that you eat, but the culture of eating them is also a way of socialising and a way of life for the locals - so dig in! The idea of this experience is that you absorb the atmosphere and learn the need-to-know about the culture and history of the city, while enjoying your Best.Pintxos.Ever. Once you’re a master of Basque culture, it’s only appropriate that we dive right in and immerse you in the culture of bars, socialising, and pintxos! We’ll take you out of the Old Town to the bars where locals not only enjoy their pintxos, but also relax and meet with friends. We’ll taste some of the most important flavours of Basque cuisine (including some dishes prepared by pintxo competition winners!), as well as local wines. The pintxos we will present to you are the best reflection of modern Basque gastronomy: they preserve the heritage of tastes and flavours of Basque cuisine while the presentation will be like a modern piece of art. You’ll finish this San Sebastian city tour full of knowledge with a taste of delicious pintxos. Other things to note This tour is a culture + food tour. In between the Kursaal Palace and the Mount Ulia it extends Gros, a cosmopolitan, dynamic neighbourhood that looks out over the Cantabric sea through Zurriola Beach and which has become one of the liveliest districts in town thanks to its many pintxos bars, terraces and charming shops. Being a food lover myself and after quite time observing u guys “the tourists” walking around trying to find a propper place to eat, getting all the pintxos at once (OMG!) missing the good stuff! I had it clear i wanted to start this foodie adventure to share my particular view giving u the chance to live a refreshing immersive experience to discover new tastes and approach to the people, the place and the culture that we so proudly keep alive. We'll visit 5 different bars for a glass & pintxos (Basque tapas). It's a full meal, a great night out & exactly what the locals like to do. You'll BE A LOCAL with me! Along the route I'll show you the sites & tell you about the history & culture of the Basque Country, but my focus is definitely on FOOD & DRINK. There's no better way to learn why this is one of the world's most delicious culinary capitols. My route & the menu changes daily, but we'll do a mix from the traditional to the modern. Expect to dine of anchovies, squid, bacalao, veal cheeks, foie gras, maybe we'll nibble on a pig ear or two? Thirsty? I'm great at pairing the perfect pour with the perfect plate, from local ciders to white wine (txakoli), young & aged tempranillo from La Rioja & beyond. There's also beer & vermouth! We're gonna have a blast, get a good walk in, have some laughs & of course EAT & DRINK VERY WELL.

Explora más allá de San Sebastián. No te conformes con La Parte Vieja, sus pintxos (tapas) y La Concha... ¡ Y deja que te lleve a rincones perdidos de la Costa Vasca que de otro modo no descubrirás! Visita un viñedo familiar, y aprende el proceso de creación del txakoli (vino blanco local), desde la maduración de la uva hasta el embotellado. Camina por el viñedo, bebe los diferentes tipos de vino hasta saciarte, y acompaña los tragos con anchoas frescas de Getaria, ¡todo ello en un entorno de mar y montaña que ofrece unas vistas de quitar el hipo! La experiencia no termina en el viñedo, y es que en el camino, descubrirás acantilados que ofrecen una panorámica de la costa incomparable. También conocerás Zarautz, (pueblo famoso por albergar el Campeonato Mundial de Surf y por ser el pueblo natal de Karlos Argiñano), y visitarás Getaria, bello y antiguo pueblo pesquero que vio nacer a Balenciaga y a Juan Sebastián ElCano, y que ofrece una gastronomía basada en el pescado cocinado en parrilla de carbón vegetal. ¡Exquisito! En resumen, esta es una experiencia donde El Buen Beber, El Buen Comer, las Vistas a la Costa Vasca y la Tradición Vasca serán las protagonistas. Otros aspectos destacables NOTA: Si queréis comer en Getaria, se os puede dejar en el pueblo al acabar la experiencia. Embarca desde el corazón de la ciudad, disfruta durante la puesta de sol de las vistas que el mar te ofrece a bordo de un velero clásico de 20 metros. Podrás bañarte en las famosas aguas de la bahía de La Concha y disfrutar fondeados tomándote algo a bordo. Tras relajarte en la bahía, zarparemos impulsados por más de 188m2 de vela y navegaremos por las aguas que rodean la ciudad, viendo una puesta de sol que no podrás olvidar. Otros aspectos destacables El velero es grande, cómodo y confortable para cualquier tipo de público. Te recogeré en pleno centro de la ciudad y tras compartir nuestra experiencia, acabaremos en el mismo lugar de inicio.

Hike this easy and famous pilgrimage trail, enjoying the amazing Basque Coast, stopping at the end of the walk, in the charmy fishermen village of Pasajes San Juan, where we could fisnish our tour with an amazing lunch in a seaview local restaurant. Stroll the pinturesque fishing village of Pasajes San Juan, where Victor Hugo the famous French writer lived and got inspired for his writings, Taste some local delicious Basque courses at the end of the walk before we head back to San Sebastian by bus. Scenic and picturesque trail not to be missed! Moderate level walk. Walking time: Around 2.5 hours, stoping along the way for pictures, rest, snacks… Total tour lenght around 4 hours.
